It's the law in Sweden that applies as you are both Swedish citizens and you were in her care. Therefore she is guilty of corrupting a minor (regardless of your fantasies) and can be dismissed from her position if found out, and charged with having sex with a minor - she could end up facing a prison term.
So I suggest you stop posting about this incident, and keep it to yourself. If you've got any sense at all you'll keep away from this teacher, as two lives could be ruined through your juvenile fantasy.
Where I'm from in the UK the teacher would be dismissed from her job and not allowed to work with young people again, and would be placed on the sex offenders register.
This is a clear case of professional misconduct of a very serious nature.
30 year old teachers should know better than to satisfy the sexual wishes of 13 year old boys whether in their own country or abroad and the fact that the boy was her pupil for whom she had a level of responsibility and care which would be clearly stated in her job contract makes it even worse.
She has seriously ignored her responsibilities as a teacher in a way that would be illegal in her own country and I doubt that in Sweden the authorities would be any different than in the UK because in both countries the laws are very similar.
