Thank you!!!!
The drinking laws in Spain are quite relaxed compared to the UK so I would think so as my cousin went when she was 17 and had no problems. As for the booking into a hotel, I think you have to have at least one 18 year old with you, but I'm not entirely sure!!
You need to be 18 to buy alcohol in Spain, and these days ID is checked because the authorities are fed up with drunken British youth!
Also you need to be 18 to check in to a hotel or hostel or, if you're underage, be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The alcohol law in Spain is 18 yrs.
18 for alcohol.
18 for checking into a hotel.
Your parents are letting you travel to another country, alone, without knowing that you're legal to do so?
They should be ashamed!
It's a 'no' to both os there questions
but I'm sure some bars will serve you if you look old enough and some hotels might turn a blind eye
but do remember they ask to see your passport when you book,so that will give it away
its 18 if you want to buy alcohol
I'm 17 and going on holiday in a week to Spain. I just want to know weather I can get away with drinking there? oh and can i book into a hotel at 17?
Thank you!!!!
