There are one million Muslims living in the Netherlands. Three million people in the Netherlands has another ethnic (colored) background. Most people are from former Dutch colonies, oversees Dutch territories and guest labours '60-'70.
At least in the largest cities Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague more the 50% of the inhabitants are foreigners. In case of Rotterdam (pop. 650.000) the mayor is a Muslim. His name is Ahmed Aboutaleb and came from Morroco at the age of 16.
But sure there are racist people in the Netherlands.
There are some Dutch with racist tendencies, but most Dutch are not, and anyway, Dutch people come in all colours, shapes and sizes.
Well the Netherlands (and Belgium too) have a national holiday where we have a saint who has a black servant (who used to be a slave & does his dirty work, he takes the bad children away) there is a lot of contreversy about this, and the black community is asking to make him purple or something (his name is even Black Pete) I font know if this generalises to racism in the whole country but yeah

Far from it..LIKE UK is one of the least racist parts of Europe...
I'm sure plenty are.
