I think it doesn't depend on the country... some people are beautiful, some are not. I'm Italian and here there are very cool guys, but there are also those which I wouldn't want to date! However, here girls use to say Spanish guys are waaay hotter than Italian ones. But I don't think that's true!
This is a question of personal opinion.
Personally, I like the guys in Spain better, because they don't PUNCH YOU IN THE FACE when you slap them for pinching your rear. They only stand on the corners and say rude things to you.
I am certainly hotter right now in Spain than I would be in Glasgow, Scotland. Something to do with the weather I suppose.

There are hot guys in both places! There are hot guys in every country! and besides, some guy you can think is hot and another girl can think is ugly, so that is completely subjective.
