There are some in big cities like Barcelona and Madrid, but don't expect anything like Manhattan in NYC. For the most part of the country, usual buildings are at most 6 floors.
Depends on the city and the neighborhood. If you visit centric zones, yes, there are lots of skyscrapers. If you decide to visit residential zones, probably not.
