Haven't been to Europe for a couple years so I wasn't really on the look out for clubs and stuff.. So basically which European cities are relatively cheap and really ******* fun?
Basically I want to not be able to remember my nights abroad with also fun day time activies, (hiking, bike riding and stuff I dunno)

London, Brighton, Manchester, Paris, Barcelona, Berlin and Amsterdam are probably the best ones. Go onto a site like Wikitravel or Rough Guides, and look at the 'when to go' and 'Festivals' chapters to see when the most vibrant times will be.
Prague Budapest Berlin Madrid Paris Rome Moscow London are best I can think of...
Prague and Budapest have a big clubbing scene. So does Berlin. Some people say Slovenia is good, but I don't know about that.
During summer, Split, Croatia-Ultra Europe Festival and Tisno,Croatia-Garden Festival
Berlin is great for clubbing and partying
Ohrid have cheap and rich exciting nightlife
sunny beach Bulgaria if you want to party hard and drink cheap but quality alcohol
Barcelona is a great city ...and they are used to drunken idiots ...you will be fine
Prague - cheap, everything is allowed
