Also, the language is not a barrier in Italy - it's very easy to travel around.
So neither of those things should affect your decision. Both Italy and Spain have lots of historic sights, great art museums, beautiful architecture, and great food, and either one would be a great trip. If you have about ten days, you could do Rome-Florence-Venice or Barcelona-Seville-Madrid.
I would personally visit Italy over Spain on a first trip to Europe, since while both are worthwhile, Italy's sights are more impressive. But if you have a particular interest in Spain's culture you may prefer that.
Best night life in Spain is in Madrid and Barcelona. Madrid has the biggest nightclubs and they stay open until 7 in the morning. Barcelona has an entire avenue called "las ramblas" that is full of bars and night clubs. Its very fun and very mixed crowds of good looking people. If you can make it to Sevilla the club scene is smaller but I lived there are Bandali, Buddah, Abril are great night clubs (2000 people) and an entire street of bars called Calle Betis will never leave you bored.
In Italy you don't need to know Italian. i am a fluent Spanish speaker but everyone was able to speak english to me. I would recommend Rome for the best night life and Florence because of how beautiful it is and there are many small bars that are very exciting to visit.
Dont go anywhere before 11 pm because they start their partying very late!
Sevilla is without doubt the best city to visit in Spain. Everyone goes to Madrid or Barcelona so try somewhere like Valencia, another cracking city.
If I had to choose 4 cities from each country:
Spain: Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Santiago de Compostela
Italy: Rome, Florence, Venice, Napples

I really want to visit this places but I was wondering which is the best option to go first.
Im 21 years old, I'm all into nightlife and all that but I wouldnt like to go out at night and drink in a city that I dont really know (laws) and all that. So I could enjoy day activities too, any kind of activities.
I really want to go to Italy but the language is an obstacle for me so I was thinking Spain its a better option cuz I'm fluent in Spanish.
But tell mw what you guys think? Have you been there before (Italy or Spain)? Whats the best city/place to stay? Whats good out there? I wanna know everything =)
