If you want to look for an area with lots of clubs, like one person has said, you'll find that area in Port Olimpic.The beach and part are home to CDLC, Mondo, Shoko, and Catwalk.

Another clubbing zone is the "Zona Alta" which is the north part of the city. You'll want to look around Calle Aribau. These clubs are less touristy and more classier sorts of places

As you're 19, some where near the Port Olimpic may be quite good, but i'd still try to keep pretty central as nearly anywhere in Barcelona has good bars and clubs, and most hotels are reasonabley priced, going on google maps and trip advisor would be really good. The transport is also really good anyway x

I'm 19 and going to Barcelona in July for a long weekend next month with friends, Only we're unsure about the best hotels to stay that are close to the clubs and bars etc??? I've been to Barcelona a few times before.
