I haven't visited all places, but if it's the Spanish coast you're interested in, Valencia might be a good place to start.
Shouldn't your parents be making this decision? It will depend on where they can find work, and work is not easy to get in Spain at the moment.

I am moving to Spain next year with my parents but am wondering where is the best place to live?(coastal)
I like surfing, hanging out with friends, visiting places, going to the beach, acting and busy places(with tourists and spanish).
So I'm looking for somewhere in Spain where my family and i could have all of this.
