hello guys! I have received two studying offers from university of Glasgow and unversity of Birmingham. Both of the programmes refer to banking and finance. Can anyone give me some advices please? I d like to know the living standards, teaching facilities and neighbourhood security and etc. Thank you.

Birmingham has a bad reputation which is why you'll probably get a bunch of ignorant folk who have never been there telling you its bad, but ironically Glasgow is actually statistically a much poorer and more dangerous city. Birmingham is also quite a bit bigger, much more multicultural and better connected being relatively close to London as well as most of the major northern English cities.

Lol @ TSK commenting on here btw, he/she is a Mancunian who has a major complex over Brum due to the whole 2nd city argument, take what he/she says with a pinch of salt.

If you mean Glasgow University then go for that because it is very hard to get into and if you have GU on your CV you will have no problem for a future career. I live in Glasgw so obviously I would say Glasgow is the best but from what I know of Birmingham there is a very large amount of arican and asian people living there and unemployment is high, Good Luck
