All goods bought in one EU country can freely be brought to another EU country. There are no restrictions.

Yes you can but it would be stupid. We have Salami here in Spain as well, and cheaper than you can buyn it in UK.
Spain is famous for salami. i would just buy it there. no problem bringing it in though. and visa versa
