Really, are you want to escape or just move? It's different. For escape you need serious reason (really serious or at least that russian goverment consider this reason as serious) that Russia can't considered a refugee and give you asylum. Then will be better if you'll have identification documents. And resources for to reach the territory of Russia.
If you mean move for permanent residence, then there are 3 more easy legal (i don't consider illegal) ways: If you have speciality - find a job, or enter university if you haven't or want other speciality, or wedding with russian spouse/to find russian relatives, who can to shelter you for first time.
For you can to get russian citizenship, you need live in Russia permanently for 5 years. I don't know your speciality and city in what you want stay for say how difficult to find job and how much money you need for fist time. On the other hand, will be better to find job for advance and move for ready place.
You use the word "escape" and you don't think you have invited insults or angry comments? Good riddance - just go. You will find out soon that your small world liberal brain washed perceptions will fail you. Oh…you will need a lot of money. Russia is very expensive. But of course someone with your attitude has certainly put a lot of effort into a career and not wasting time at protests and whining about how unfair your life is.
