Unfortunately there is no such thing as a work visa that you can apply for ahead of time. You can apply for jobs in Spain, before you leave home, and if you get one the employer will then assist you in applying for a work visa. The big problem here is that the employer needs to prove that there are no Spanish or EU citizens available to fill that position. And, with the incredibly high unemployment in both Spain and Europe at the moment, that's a little difficult to do.
What you could do is get a position with a multinational company with branches in Spain, and this might give you the opportunity to get a transfer to Spain.
You would need to apply to the Spanish Consulate nearest you for a "National Visa". But, if you have a look at this form you will see that the only work options are as an "employee", in which case you need to show that you already have a job in Spain, or "self-employed", or "residence without work permit" - in this case you would not be allowed to work but would have to prove you have funds to support your stay.
If you don't want to hear constructive criticism then why ask here??
We would all like to help with our answers, but I am afraid you are going to get more negatives than positives to this one.
I have returned to my country (as many others have) after living 20 years in Spain, I speak fluent Spain but when my self employed business crashed along woth many others through the economy I couldn't get a job! Finally I gave up, I don't want to be somewhere else I want to be where my family are. My daughter is married to a Spaniard I have a Spanish grand daughter so that is where my heart and family are.
Sorry, but knowing Spanish pretty well, having a degree and wishing to live the dream are not guaranteed success I'm afraid.
There is serious unemployment, no benefits like the UK handout, (quite rightly)
and you can only get married in Spain if one or both of you are resident permanently.
1. You don't state where you are from?
2, Will you marry a spanish person, your own nationality?
3. What do you want to do as regards work, even with your degree have you other irons in the fire?
4. Where do you wish to settle Northern Spain, South ?
5. Do you have enough money to help you get started and keep you in rent & food until you might find work?
Spain doesn't have really have any reason to hire anyone outside of the EU unless you are REALLY in demand. If they can't find anyone in Spain to hire then they can find someone in another EU country because they don't need visas and have the same rights as Spaniards.
Yeah...45% unemployment.
You CAN do it if you have a lover you are going to marry, and/or get a visa (how do you think you're going to do that, when there aren't any visas to be had?)
But how are you planning to make a living if there are no jobs to be had?
Why do you want to be encouraged to do something that is almost guaranteed to fail?
If you know spanish come here!

Thank You! :)
