No car hire company anywhere in the world rents any sort of vehicle without a credit card. The reason being; apart from them getting paid of course, is if you commit some kind of traffic violation,speeding, illegal parking etc they can debit your card with the fine.
Sorry - you will not be able to hire a car without a credit card anywhere in the world, its insurance for the firm and yourself, over and above the fact you are paying for the use of the car! some firms don't even accept direct debit cards.................but I would be corrected on that point not sure?
You cannot rent a car, anywhere in the world, without a credit card.
