Im excited however we haven't planned a hotel to stay in yet. We're looking for a cheapish one idk maybe 30-60 pound a Night. We're only staying over night
I would prefer to stay in a big hotel with lots of rooms, open 24 hours because who knows what time we will get back to our room after a night out. I don't really want to disturn everyone in a small B and b at 3 in the morning while they're truing to sleep.

Generally, basic hotels in central London start at around ￡100 (and anything decent at the low end gets booked up well in advance)
If you want something very cheap, then look into an EasyHotel - very basic, but affordable. Although having left it this late, you might not find much availability there.
There is no 'cheap' in central London, especially if you don't want a budget chain, which seems to be what you are suggesting.
As you've left it so late it's unlikely that there is any decent non expensive hotels with rooms available in central London, let alone cheap ones.
The phrases "Cheap hotel" and "Central London" are never found in the same sentence.
