Scam, fraud - firstly no employer EVER cites what you get - they always quote "before deductions".
Second - Stamford is a small small town tucked away in a corner of Lincolnshire - what amazing (shortage list) skills and experience is this job? The UK almost never offers a work visa to a person without experience.
Third - "graduate job" - this is meaningless, nonsense just WHAT are you going to be doing?
If you have handed over any money contact your local police. if you have given out any bank information contact your bank. This is a scam!
Hold on a minute. Where is Stamford in the UK and what is your job. if you are a non EU citizen you cannot work here unless you have a working Visa.
