Difference between all inclusive and full board?

Posted at: 2015-06-30
All inclusive includes all your drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) as well as some basic water sports.

Full board means just your meals are free (breakfast lunch and dinner) and you pay for everything else

full board is all your meals

all inclusive is all your meals plus all your drinks, and snacks through out the day

this i the cheapest way to go,

even as it its a little more money to book.

but just recon up what you would drink as a couple over the holiday

no brainer it ALL INCLUSIVE

Full board = breakfast, lunch and dinner, with drinks at breakfast but not at lunch or dinner

All Inclusive - all meals, with all drinks at mealtimes, and all drinks at any other time of day as well

eg soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, tea ,coffee, hot chocolate, water etc

Many hotels also provide snacks all day as well as ice cream, and crisps in their A/I package

All inclusive is much better as you'd be surprised how much you spend on snacks and drinks in one day

Just think about how many teas/coffees, alcoholic and soft drinks you might buy

you'll be surprised

We always go all inclusive, much cheaper in the long run

Sometimes nothing. Sometimes it is like being on a cruise ship and everything is included.

Check the small print with care.

P.S.

Oh dear, it looks like I have over estimated someone's interpretive skills.

The small print is the detailed explanation in the brochure of what is included in all inclusive. All inclusive is FAP plus what they decide to give you. It usually includes tea, coffee and soft drinks and some wine with the meals. It never includes unlimited booze, malt whisky and so on ...

You have to read what they are offering in the 'small print'.

'Full Board' (FAP) is breakfast, luncheon and dinner. Some places include some house wine, some do not.

N.B. Nothing is 'free'.

well all inclusive is flight and hotel, meaning the airplane u fly there in is packaged with the hotel. and Full board is when u pay for the hotel and 3 meals a day is packaged (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with it. So u can pay for ALL INCLUSIVE (travel and hotel) or FULL BOARD (hotel and food). Your chose have fun :D

full board is all meals

all inclusive is drinks and snacks by the pool as well as meals

My boyfriend and I are thinking of going away on a budget holiday together, we've been looking at all inclusive holidays but have noticed that full board is cheaper, after looking on the hotel websites it doesn't specify what the difference is between the two?!

Please could someone enlighten me on this!

Much appreciated!
