Yes mostly. We do not get that many compared to the millions of European tourists but Americans are very welcome. If you can find anybody in London during the summer who is not a tourist themselves, you would probably find them to be very friendly.
Yes. It's pretty much the same as how the American public views America; The young people hate the Republican party, conservatives & Christianity but they love the communist democrat party, liberalism and paganism. The old people hate leftism & paganism and they love conservatism and nationalism, they're just scared to admit it because they'll get lynched by the Illuminati-brainwashed zombies.
Of course we like Americans. It is your Republican politicians and big corporations I personally do not like, but that does not cause me to be prejudiced against the American people
