Indefinte Leave to Remain (ILR) is a UK visa - only.

Assuming you're not a EU citizen, you DO need a visa because the UK is not part of the Schengen countries. You know, the UK is "different". Once you are legally in ANY Schengen country, you can travel, live, work, etc., in ANY of them.
