Yes it happens, but Russians are in general not as racially open minded as the British, Scandinavians, Dutch, French and most other European nationalities that were not closed off by communism for so many decades. Due to this most Russian women will prefer to date Russian or white men, but still I mean Vladimir Putin's daughter married a Korean man and it was normal. Much of the younger generation is opening up to different races whether they be blacks or Asian people.
There's not many black men in Russia, even now, so some would date a black man out of curiosity. As to like - that depends on the man. And the woman.
Well here in New York most of the Russia women I see are with either Russia men or American, but I rarely see them with black men
Generally I'd postulate no, Russian ladies (as with most European ethnicities) have a predilection for men deriving of own ethnic (or racial) creed. Although men of Negr0id(scientific non-derogatory classification) or Sub-Saharan African descent can potentially be considered acquaintances or friendly associates.
