At highschool we learn English, German and French. But today the Chinese language is increasing popularity.
Currently more and more elementary en highschool are becomming dual-languageschools (Dutch/English).
As a small countrie like the Netherland, our big neighbours doesn't speak Dutch. So we learn the language of our neigbours Germany, UK and France.

Reasonably well... Although many might think they do but they really don't. I've heard some seriously horrible English (Dunglish) in the Netherlands.
@Kevin: Very few Dutch people speak any French. Maybe you have them confused with the Belgians.
