As for my main questions:
So far over in Russia, Putin has an 80% approval rating, does that mean 80% of Russian citizens currently hate or dislike American citizens now??? Do most Russians of the younger generations I.E. Russians born in the mid-late 80s and 90s hate Americans now? I hope not, I don't want to go through another cold war like how my parents did.
Also, do most Russian citizens in the United States currently hate American citizens as well? I hope that's not the case either.
I have nothing against the American people. But I hate the American government and the policy which leads the U.S. in the world.They constantly lie. Climb in the affairs of other countries.
I'm afraid I have bad news for you. As someone born in the 80s I don't remember the first cold war either, but I remember the turning point in how we viewed Americans – and it had nothing to do with the past. 1999, the bombing of Yugoslavia. You got yourselves millions of new enemies in Russia overnight, and – since nobody particularly liked the Communists, and accidental reverse psychology actually caused a lot of people in Soviet times to like Americans – it's worse than the Cold War. More personal.
Much less than vice versa. Both nations are brainwashed into hating each other. Propaganda works in both parts of the world.
What most people don't realize though is that it's a war for resources, political, economic etc domination, where they're used as nothing but a cannon fodder. Millions of people are wasting their time fighting for real in RL and on the Internet, gaining nothing but stress-induced illnesses. It's banksters and their puppets - politicians - who gain wealth, power and influence... and they laugh at those brainwashed slaves.
