Here we don't really mind nudity that much. However, that doesn't mean we play porn films on state television! As for cursing we're much more lenient on that than in the US but I've only heard cursing on TV a handful of times (unless it's a show like Game of Thrones for example) and even then they used words that you probably wouldn't say in front of your granny but are nevertheless not that bad.
Sure, but you need to mind the context. Here (NL) there might be something on, but it isn't really until the evening usually. Also it's not going to be porn, just some movie with nudity in it.
As for swearing: Yes, it happens. But again, that doesn't mean a news reader can start swearing and cussing. Not too long ago a radio DJ (on national radio) had a teacher in his show. At the end the DJ is all like ''it isn't easy with those ''ffing'' children and what not.'' It was not a big deal, but still the teacher called the radio station back not to talk about the children like that.
Europe is not a country, it is a continent made up of several different countries. Each country has its own television channels, both state and independent, and some countries are more likely to show nudity than others, and usually late at night.
Nudity and swearing is not a problem here in Norway.
But it is generally relegated to late night TV to reduce exposure for minors.
When I lived in Italy there were a few commercial that included nudity including products like bottled water. It wasn't all that common and it wasn't a big deal.
