im getting scared! what if it comes into England? with this be the death of all man kind?O_o

Don't be scared. Remember the "pig flu"? Governments all around the world hoarded Pandemrix or similar drugs, just in case, and there was never a breakout of the swine flu. After their "best before" date, they burned the drugs, as they had become unsafe for human use.

Sure, a lot of people are currently infected by the Ebola virus, and lots of them die. Sorry for them, but at least as many people die in the same period of time from other diseases. It's the way of the world. Lots of children die each year from measles because their parents deny them vaccinations. Let us start here, and let's fight anti-vaccination superstitions. Once we've overcome that, let's get to Ebola.

As potential global pandemics go, Ebola may be remarkably horrifying (because of the symptoms as well as lack of cure and high death rate), but is limited by its transmission requirements. Ebola requires direct contact with bodily fluids - either directly from an infected person or objects/surfaces that came into contact with fluids from an infected person. Awareness and hygiene will go a long way to preventing the spread of Ebola.

It's not in Turkey, but in Spain and in Norway.

It's also in USA.

When it was in Africa only, they weren't trying hard to find a cure.

Now, they'll fight it every way they can.

They'll soon find a cure.

Yes, it may kill people.

But, there isn't anything to do, so why worry??

While it is a horrifying disease, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. But you do realise that you have far more chance of getting run over by a car than you have of contracting Ebola!

No. It will kill a bunch of people. But they'll be mostly poor people, with poor access to healthcare, etc.

If Ebola shows up in UK, you and a zillion other people will freak out, stay home more-or-less for a month, and it'll be contained.

Ebola is no more deadly than Aids, Same type of infection channels

ebolia and Turkey??? WTF... maybe u mean spain?
