B St E is quite a long way from "modern civilization", which means its problems are very minor, and its upsides are good. It's a nice quiet place to live.
PS It has the smallest pub in UK, the Nutshell. A place to take your friends and family when they come to visit.
It's a nice little town with a nice market. Thetford Forest is close by. Enjoy.
