Puerto del Rosario (formerly known as Puerto Cabras) does not allow beach sleepovers. Police cars usually patrol the beaches at night to prevent indecorous activities (sex), botellones (illegal alcoholic drinking), and illegal camping (outside of the areas specifically allotted to camping).
