If you are fluent in Spanish it's possible you could attend university in Spain. Now is a good time to find out about the different universities and look for courses you'd like to pursue then, once it comes time to apply for a univerisity place, you'll have all the information you need.
Living and working in Spain is a totally different matter. As an American citizen you need to have a job before moving to Spain, you can't move there and look for work, it's illegal. And, to get a job, you will need skills that are in short supply in Europe as it's necessary for employers to prove that there are no Spanish or EU citizens available to do the job - and that's just about an impossibility.
Concentrate on getting yourself through puberty first of all.

I'm 16 Years old and when I'm 18-19 I'm planning to move to Spain but is there any good jobs and College in Spain since I'm going over there spain to live then later england or italy but is it good place to live and good college,Jobs I never been to europe before I really want to live there after I finish high school. I kinda got bored in here USA i been too Mexico,Argentina,Canada, and all around usa ( California,Florida,Chicago,New york) before you said something Yes i was born here in the USA,i know how to speak Spanish and english...But I want know if it's a good idea and is there any good jobs and schools over in Spain ?
