I'm forced to visit this time of the year because this is my vacation time.
February is not the best time to visit Antalya if you want sun, because it is one of the few times of the year when there isn't much sun. In March it starts to get much warmer. In April and May you have lovely sunny weather. In June, July and August, that's when it can get very hot. There is sunshine in Antalya 300 days in the year.
It's around 15-16 degrees in Feb. And February is the coldest month as you know. You are quite unlucky to visit around this time, such a pity.
It's cold in Antalya right now cause it's February. Take jackets with you and make sure that visit Antalya sometime in summer too
