"Mongol" invasion is a hoax to cover up a violent khazar yoke imposed under the guise of Judeo-Christianity, which took 9 out of 12 millions of Rus' people's lives. I know it doesn't fit into jWestern lying hisTory, but there is nothing Mongol in anything Russian. No evidence, only fairy tales of NON-Russian russophobic hisTorians (of khazarian origin most of the time) who simply turned Mongols into scapegoats.
There are ethnic groups of Mongoloid race in Russian Federation, and they do have their national cuisines, but that's another story.
Mongol? Really, i live half thousand miles from Mongolia, but i don't know ever one mongolian dish. Probably, there is reason in different livestyles - russes lived sedentary, near forests and rivers/lakes(mostly), mongols was nomads, steppe dwellers. It mean different sources of food, therefore diferent dishs. Even tatars dishs was accepted in our cuisine not so long ago.
They've got no food in Russia. And it's the same way in Mongolia.
We have some dishes borrowed from Tartar or Central Asian cuisines, but they have nothing to do with Mongols.
