I don't imagine you'll have a lot left anyway - portion sizes in European countries are way smaller than in the US. Taking home your leftover isn't really an issue over here.
There is no word for doggy bag in Spanish. You are supposed to eat your food up.
Ask for a bag (bolsa) or un tuper (tooper - as in tuperware!) para los restos de la comida.
