You'll have a give a bit more information - such as ... where are you, and where do you want to go? If you want to fly to, let's say, London, then that's one thing, but if you want to fly to, let's say, the USA then the nearest airport to you may well not be the one you need.

Or are you asking which is the nearest airport to the person who reads/answers your question?

At present I am in Shropshire and the nearest airport is in Birmingham about 55 miles away.

I also live in Surrey where my nearest airport is Gatwick about 30 miles away

Go to google maps, in the search box type 'airport near' and then the name of the place you are in or where you want to go to.

2 miles to light aircraft airport. 30 miles to major international airport.

About 7? miles to Heathrow

About 12 miles to MSP.
