Russia does not bully all countries. Most countries that Americans say Russia "bullies" has as many Russian Supporters as Anti Russian Supporters. But America has been famous for their propaganda, Russia is not a bad or evil country. It stays in its corner more than United States does, Russia only responds to countries violantly because Russia has people that have been hurt or put in danger.
