hi i stayed at the H10 in Lanzarote last year had a great time and visited tenerife for trips etc me my husband and daughter went we spent just under 2,000 euro's but we were all incl but we dined out a few times and visited a few places

How long are you going for?
What do you need to pay for? What's included in whatever you've already paid?
How much do you plan to drink? Do you eat expensive? Cheap? What activities will you participate in? How much do they cost? (seriously....you think WE can figure this out for you? You need to give us more information!)
For activities: go to tourism websites for where you will be. Search activities. There will be prices. Figure out how long they will take, based on the information there. Figure out how many you'll want to do. Then you'll know how much to bring.
OR, you could just be like an ordinary 2st century person and bring a credit card, in case you run out of cash.
Depends if going for a week or 2 weeks and if you are self catering and if you will be drinking a lot every day but around ￡1000 should cover feed and spending money, Good Luck
