Identify some random illness and have a doctor sign off on it for you - then register as disabled and homeless at the same time. You'll get an apartment, a weekly allowance, and free medical care - add in reduced mobility resulting from the illness and you can add in a mobility allowance enabling you to get a free (new) car under the Motability scheme - that also covers insurance, road fund licence, and all servicing.
I have several relatives who live like this, the British system is remarkably easy to milk.
