In the future, I want to live in London, or anywhere in England. This country fascinates me and it is a life dream of mine to live there. My parents have made it clear that I cannot solely attend college overseas, but I could for a semester. I have done so much research to see what visas I would need and how much it costs, even though it is fairly far in the future before I can seriously consider moving overseas. Basically, I would like to meet someone around my age (16) from England so that I could get a perspective of the country and just learn about it. I know it may seem irrational, but I feel like its something I need to experience. Please help me!!

InterPals.net is a really good place to semi-anonymously find teens in other countries, and you can search by age group. I used it for a couple of years and it was a lot of fun, once I found correspondents I clicked with. As with all online profiles, be ridiculously careful about what personal information you provide in case someone isn't who they claim to be, and if the correspondence feels a little weird to you, end it and block them if you need to.
