How long will you be staying and what do you want to do? Ibiza is a party island, even if there are nice quiet areas as well, and it has its story as well. Majorca is bigger and has more variety, from party areas to cultural monuments, if you're interested in that.
You can find sport activities in both.
According to me all these islands are amazing to visit. Both of them have their own charm. But Mallorca is big enough for there to be good infrastructure.
They are both party islands. If you're interested in history, though, I'd go to Mallorca.
