Please help!! I have an insect problem in my top floor flat. Orange coloured hard shelled bugs are everywhere! Started out in the bathroom, then kitchen, now bedroom! Everything is kept very clean and I've sprayed everything with bug spray but I still can't shake them. Anyone got any ideas what they are and how it could get rid? I have a picture but I don't know how to upload....

Make sure there is no way they can get at food. If your food stores are secure, suspect the people in the flat below or in the next door house.. Get a pest removal firm. Your local council may be able to help.

You need professional pest controllers. Most sprays won't work. Ask your landlord or get in touch with them yourself. They are not cheap.

Sounds like cockroaches. You need to get an expert in because they hide in so many places.
