Yes. most europeans like it, some are neutral and very few hate it. There are hardly any reasons to hate france. They haven't invaded nor caused any damage since the Napoleon times and even then it was a largely beneficial government. The country and their history also offers a lot.

It's the most popular tourist destination for many. Quite a few people from all over Europe also own a house in the South of France. French food is the best.

Some people do, and some people don't, because that's how people work.

We in the Czech Republic don't really think of France at all. Kind of like: "Oh, yeah. That's a place in Europe. Huh."

We're more into Italy. And England.

It tends to be a love-hate relationship.
