I was offered 4 months work visa ( with a full time job provided and free accomodation ) to work in London.
Should I take this offer or not? What's your opinion on the culture in London ?
London is a "City"- NOT a Country. And You'd be going There to WORK- not as a Tourist. That Job offer You got- sounds like a Golden Opportunity. And THOSE Kinds of "Opportunities"- Only Knock ONCE !! :o
As others have said, I would be concerned about a job that sounds too good to be true. If you arrive in the UK saying you are here to work and have come on a tourist visa, you will be sent home.
From the moment you set foot here in London you will become a 'Londoner' just like the rest of us.
You need not worry - London is a world class city with a multicultural mix the like of which you will not find anywhere else.

Firstly London is a city and not a country and secondly according to other answers you may well be getting scammed with this job offer , so take note and don`t fall for it.

If you got a message from someone using a free-email provider like live.com (ex. ukborderagency@live.com) IT IS A SCAM.
There is not a shortage of workers in the UK and the unemployment rate is very high. Also, if you are not an EU citizen and were offered the job without an in-person interview in the UK it is almost certainly a scam. Check with your country's diplomatic mission in the UK to find out if he job offer is legitimate.

You are being scammed. There are no "4 month work visa's". There is no golden gift of a job plus accomadation plus a visa.
You will be asked for a "processing fee", a "visa fee" and a "being daft enough to believe this rubbish fee".
