Is Russia a good place to move?

I am 13 years old and I am from the USA. I really wanted to move to Russia. Is it hard to get there and move there (when I'm older) and is it enjoyable to live there?

To each his own. I reccomend at first to come here as tourist, to see what is here, how we live, how you'll live if move here, to see place where you could to live and later think, should you move in Russia, should you move to that region, city. Because, as say moved here foreigners, Russia is a place for long time, it isn't place for living 3-5 years and go back (if people isn't student from poor african/asianmidleeastern state).

By the way, bear in mind that if you choose a medical specialty, the way back to the west will be even more difficult than in Russia, because western employers do not hire with russian medical diplomas.

Now about methods. That to come to see there are some sudents exchange system, it's the best way, but isn't so cheaper for your parents. Probably, the most difficult way - to find russian friend(s) and may be, he (or she) invite you to visit, the easiest way just to come here as a tourist (to persuade parents to travel or looking for child tourist group - i don't know what is easy there, in USA, look for yourself), but

thus see what is really live in Russia very, very, very difficult.

By the way, even if you sometime to move in other country, algorithm will almost the same.

NO! Russia is a very hostile country to begin with! It is even more hostile for people who go there from other countries! It' s a nightmare! It is crime to be gay, there. I don't know if people are even allowed to practice their religion, there. Russians, DON'T give immigrants the same respect and rights as the USA. Russians say: Russia is only for Russians.

I love Russia. Nice people, great culture, plenty to do and we don't waste money on wars in the middle east. Also westerns can make good money if you get in the right field. Russia is the best European nation by far!

If you like being told what to do, wrestle bears, and drink large quantities of a clear liquid that's not water, then yes.

Russians are used only to the other Europeans and to Slavs especially,I dont know how they like others...I hope Im not too wrong as European man..

If you find a good job , its a really nice place to live. Russians are really nice , cities like Moscow are beautiful and , if you can pay for it , you can get to really nice restaurants and nightclubs around town.
