No, they hate us. You know, the whole world hate us and they hate our country too. They talk with no knowledge, most of the people is going to leave comments such as the guy who's asking: "You are Colombian and are you asking whether Spain is safe or not?" Spaniards think we are all drug-dealers and thieves, that we live and jungles, enjoy the macho lifesyle and that we'll kill our football players if they don't win the match, the same as the rest of the world. It doesn't matter if you are dark-skinned or white, they just don't like the fact that you have been born here. And in Spain, Romanians and Moroccans (Arabs) are even more hated.

I am English and living in Spain. There are many Hispanic Mestizo here and no-one will treat you badly and you will find that you will not stand out as much as you presume. Many Columbians have made their home here.

You don′t say what area in Spain you will be visiting but do not expect all Spanish to understand your version of the Spanish language.

Ummmm, you're from Colombia, and you're asking it SPAIN is safe?

I am Colombian and I am wondering if Spain is safe to visit for a Hispanic Mestizo like me. I look like a mix of Indigenous and Spanish, (Spanish facial features but more darker skin) so I would probably stand out.

Will I be treated badly? Because I could get tan and pretend to be some kind of Arab if that helps. (I look Arab if I get very tan)
