Is spain hot in october?

I should be going to Spain in October and I want to know if it will still be hot, and if so what temperature would it be around?? Thanks :-)

Benidorm is still hot, around 25 at 2pm and 20 at midnight. Plus the sea is warm. But don't expect a rain-free week, you prob have a couple of wet days. And when it rains out there it rains properly! Hail, thunder etc.

I went to Majorca on 17th October and it was warm during the day for shorts and t-shirts but water too cold to swim, I have also been to Costa Dorada same time in October and again warm during the day and too cold to swim, we were the only people on the beach and you need a jacket in the evening and the spanish people are wearing jumpers and jackets - we did get a tan but from october 10th it our schol October holiday week here in Scotland and a lot of people go to Spain for that week, Good Luck

It's a big place. In Galicia it will be cold and wet (but then in Galicia it's usually cold and wet). On the south coast, average temperatures for October are a high of 24 degrees C. That's pleasant, but not baking.

Umm.. In Spain October is a complicated month, because one day we can be at 24 degrees (Celsius) and the next day at 10. I live in Barcelona and in October is not very hot and not very cold.

This is a wrong question. Spain is quite a large country and has a lot of climates. In Northern Spain it rains like in Ireland, whereas in areas of Southern Spain, the landscape is like Arizona.

Yes little bit hot at October.

October is one of the best times to visit Spain, particularly in the first half of the month. Temperatures should be pleasantly warm and rain is rare.
