I would like to ask for some advice. What is the best way to find a job in IT in London? I have a bachelor degree in informatics. Do I need additional certificates like fo example Cisco?
As we don't have a degree in Informatics here, I suspect you're not a British Citizen, unless you have British or EU citizenship you will require a work visa and to do get that without a sponsor you will require a minimum of a Master's degree and it must be a shortage subject. ICT/IT is not a shortage subject.
First, you'll need an EU passport, as there are no work visas for IT jobs.
Whether or not you need any additional certifications depends on the level of job role you're going for. Generally, for anything entry level or lower end, you'll benefit from having CCNA and Microsoft Certifications. Many jobs like degrees, and experience as in any career path is beneficial.
The qualifications required would depend on the employer. However, unless you are a British or EU citizen, it will be hard to gain a visa. There are very few IT jobs on the shortage occupation list.
If your not from a EU country you have little chance of a work permit not idea what
a degree in informatics means

What citizenship do you have? Go you have any work experience? If you are not an EU citizen do you qualify for a work visa?
If you are able to work here then you need to contact the IT recruitment agencies.
Google them.
We don't have informatics in the UK, I have never heard of it.
