I am offered 35k job in London, UK. I know this is not much and London is extremely expensive, furthermore 35k is about 2100pound/month. My intention is to gain some international experience and improve my English but still I want to live e decent life, nothing extravagant but not to count my pennies. I prefer shared accommodation, not only because of the price but to make some social contacts also, I do not smoke and, and I do not plan to go out more than 2-3 times per month. Do you think this 2100 pounds per month will suffice?

You should manage fine but you will not be living in central London. Probably one of the suburbs. Minimum wage works out at just over ￡13,000 and ￡26,000 is the salary at which people cannot claim most benefits so you are well above the average wage..
That's plenty. People manage in London on less. - this is a very above average salary.
Yes you will manage. You just need to be careful and budget properly
