does anyone know what time the underground ticket offices open and also if there are any change overs between this route?
It starts running at 5am except on Sundays when it is about 2 hours later. Bus 73 operates between Victoria and Euston 24 hours a day 7 days per week. You need an Oyster Card or Travelcard to travel on buses. They do not accept cash

It will be open by then as the tube starts running around 5 am, therefore so will ticket offices, and the ticket machines will be working. As you have actually now said you want to go from Victoria to Euston, that's dead easy. At Victoria, follow the signs to Victoria line Northbound, take any train and it will take you to Euston.

There are ticket machines, they are open from 6 am.
Yes, the Tube will be running at that time.
you should be ok at 6am if you are close to euston
they start around 5am ish ..
