Most of them are located at T3 for departure....! So... Pick up yours magazine or packet of cigarettes/tobacco and the etc... during yours departure before heading back to malaga....
Duty-free shopping only applies to passengers departing to a destination outside of the European Union / European Economic Area. The Shop at terminal 3 is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays until 11pm and on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays until 1am.

If you're bringing cigs and alcohol back, buy them at a local Tabac and supermarket, they're a lot cheaper than the airport.
It will still be open, but don't expect to bag a bargain!
