Hi Cala Blanca Hotel, Menorca. Went last year going back this September. Quiet, near to beach.
If you want value for money than no where proberly beats Santa Suzzanna Resort, very cheap, but you get what you pay for, a basic room, all inclusive meals, local booze included, free travel to the beach about 5 minutes away (or 8 minute walk) and very cheap train from the local station to Barcelona. Proberly even cheaper now that you could buy the country for ￡100.

then off course you've got the whole of Majorca too
