Chuuk, Kosrai, Pohnpei, and Yap. These islands are the only four states of Federated States of Micronesia. And they ARE real, trust me, i live on one of them :)
Kalymnos is my fav. Leros is where they have the crazy house, oh excuse me, I mean the facility for the mentally challenged. Karpathos, Skiros, Skiathos, Skopelos, Tilos, Amorgos, Tinos.

Gavdos south of Crete. Ro and Strongili south of Rhodes. Halkis west of Rhodes. Pserimos east of Kalymnos. Those are only a few of the 6000 islands found in Greece, and only on the south east of the Aegean sea.
