Okay so when I was young I was in Russia and had the most amazing chocolate bar but I can't remember what it was called. It had a blue wraper with buildings or some type of design on it it was very colorful. And the chocolate was airy it had tiny holes all though the chocolate bar. If you have any idea of what it could be please let me know.

cut and paste this and search for pictures of "aerated chocolate" in Russian. maybe you will see the label you remember. it is relatively new, came out in Russia in the late 90s i think. (personally i don't like it as well as regular chocolate). bad thing- MANY Russian cities have candy factories. it could be from one of hundreds of places. USA basically has Hershey, Mars, and Nestle, (a Swiss company!) as majors.

Russian and Ukraine chocolate Rock! better than US chocolate any day.
