Paris is packed with thieves they literally run up to you in a group and one distracts you whilst the other steals your wallet and there's Eastern Europeans there who pretend to be charity workers so they can steal from you so be careful about where you go in Paris. London is very populated and can be overwhelming for some but there are lovely parts of London you should explore. Since they have a lot of immigrants it may be hard to find an actual British person but it's the capital of culture so what do you expect.
